The Shoppes at Cinco Ranch will be adding a 100,000-square-foot Lowe’s home improvement store right across from Krogers at 9555 Spring Green Boulevard and FM 1093. Thor Equities, a real estate development, leasing and management company, made the announcement about a month ago.
“We are excited to welcome Lowe’s to The Shoppes at Cinco Ranch, which will be a center point for shopping, dining and entertainment for Cinco Ranch, one of the Houston area’s fastest growing communities,” said Joseph Sitt, CEO of Thor Equities.
The groundbreaking took place at the end of March, and the projected store will be complete in the spring of 2017.
Thor Equities is developing retail stores and restaurant spaces throughout the remainder of the 35-acre property, which will serve both Katy and Fulshear residents. Current tenants at The Shoppes at Cinco Ranch include Walgreens, Kroger and Academy Sports & Outdoors.
