In October of 2014, we blogged about the Children’s Lighthouse Center announcing its new franchise in the Fulshear area. Since then, the child center has made much progress, and its anticipated opening is this December. Located within Cross Creek Ranch, you can find the new location at 5740 FM 1463 in Fulshear. The franchise owner, Amanda Ngyuen, has four children of her own, and she has a background as a pediatric nurse practitioner. Ngyuen says, “We are looking forward to being the guiding light that prepares younger generations for a bright future. I couldn’t be more excited to open our doors and begin making an impact.”
The new center offers high-quality educational childcare that helps stimulate intellectual development in a safe, warm and welcoming environment, designed to bring out the best in children. It will be an 11,000 square foot facility on 1.5 acres, containing 10 age-appropriate classrooms for children. There will be covered play areas, a splash pad, and even an on-site kitchen to provide the kids with fresh, nutritious meals every day. In addition, this location plans to stay technologically advanced by incorporating iPads, large educational tablet, and classroom software intended to keep parents up to date with a child’s progress.
Children’s Lighthouse in Cross Creek will be equipped with a code door locking system, computerized check- in, and high-quality surveillance of the classrooms to ensure peace of mind for the parents. You can easily log in to the video monitoring system from home or at work.
