Fulshear is excitedly awaiting its new High School that is scheduled to open in time for the 2016 school year. Enrollment for the first year isexpected to be around 520 students. However, by 2020, Churchill Fulshear High School’s enrollment may reach more than 1,700 students.
An important consideration with the opening of Fulshear High School, Lamar ISD is asking for feedback from local residents on the proposed boundaries of the high school.
If you are interested in sharing your opinions on this issue, you can attend the plan meeting on July 27th at 7pm in the Rodgers Auditorium at Foster High School, where the district will review the plans. From there, the school board will then assess for approval.
