Halo’s smart home package is worth $3,100 and full of interactive security features, such as video monitoring and Z-Wave smart door locks powered by Alarm.com. State-of-the-art motion sensors with built-in cameras allow homeowners to view their property through live feeds to their phones, tablets or computers. Locks can be opened by wireless keypads, an app or traditional keys.

Other features of the package allow homeowners to remotely turn on lights with Lutron intelligent lighting or open and close garage doors with an app. Energy-saving features are also included in the package, like Halo’s smart thermostat that uses sensor data to optimize the home climate.
