Jordan Ranch, developed by the award winning Johnson Development Corporation (the same developers of Cross Creek Ranch) is a 1,350-acre master-planned community with homesites for 2,800 single-family homes from award-winning home builders such as David Weekley, Lennar, Perry, Highland, Westin, J. Patrick, and Plantation. The community offers many amenities including a swimming complex and lazy river, pocket parks and hike and bike trails.
